An Irish spring day
It’s the official end of Imbolc and the sun has crossed the zenith of the equator. For us nordies we’re now titlin towards an Grian.[The Sun, in Irish]
A day of peace.
Why do you feel stressed and anxieties when you’re doing so much work on yourself.
When your sub conscious is so open, all the time, every conscious thought you have goes in there, Like an open door. Being open lets all in.
But yor thoughts don’t pass through, they stick, the friction causes pain. In order to get them through, insert some peace. Like pushing air out of a bottle by inserting water. Actively practice feeling peace through meditating or whatever practice you have for feeling peace.
For me it’s a walk and sometimes a guided mediation or two, when I’m up and running I find a quiet place and just let everything go. I keep a list of these things i call the essentials.
I hope this half, on the sunny side of the journey you make space to do the things you want to do.
