FAQ

Navigator is a direct working relationship with one owner-operator at a time.

It combines structural analysis with the ability to implement change directly — across systems, workflows, and technology — where required.
Analysis and execution sit in the same hands.

In practice, meaningful structural work typically represents an investment in the region of €5,000+.
That allows enough time to properly understand what is happening inside the business — not just react to symptoms.

As a budgeting reference, time is billed at €150 per hour.
There is no long-term contract. You can stop at any time.

Work usually begins with structural analysis — mapping how decisions, systems and effort are interacting.

For some owners, that clarity is enough.
They take it from there.

For others, we continue into implementation — adjusting systems, decision flows, operating structure, and technical layers directly.

Navigator looks at three interacting layers:

  • The Owner

  • The Product

  • The System

You can focus on one in the short term if you choose.
Long-term improvement rarely comes from loading just one.

The pace and spread of time depends on where imbalance exists.

The only real requirement is seriousness.
